Terms of Service
Effective date: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Bridge Solver, including our web and desktop bridge analysis tools, simulations, and account features.
1. Operator
Bridge Solver is the sole proprietor brand used to provide this product and website. References to Bridge Solver, we, us, or our mean the operator of the Bridge Solver service.
If you need the current legal operator details for compliance or support, contact us at support@bridgesolver.com.
2. Using Bridge Solver
Bridge Solver provides software tools for bridge deal generation, simulation, double dummy analysis, opening lead analysis, result sharing, and related account features.
You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, generate, or share through the service. Do not use Bridge Solver for unlawful activity, abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use parts of Bridge Solver. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or limit access if an account is used in a way that harms the service, other users, or security.
4. Web and desktop access
Bridge Solver currently provides its standard web and Windows desktop software without a paid subscription requirement.
The web service may limit cloud deal counts, queue capacity, or request rates to protect shared infrastructure. The desktop app can run larger supported analyses locally on your computer.
5. Desktop software
The desktop app requires a supported Windows computer and may require internet access for sign-in, updates, or cloud features. Local analysis uses your computer resources.
You are responsible for keeping your operating system and Bridge Solver installation reasonably up to date.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Bridge Solver reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, deployments, provider outages, or unexpected technical issues.
Analysis results are provided for bridge study and decision support. You should review important outputs yourself before relying on them.
7. Intellectual property
Bridge Solver, its software, interface, branding, and related materials belong to Bridge Solver or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
You retain rights to bridge data and content you provide. You grant us permission to process it as needed to provide the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
